How can I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

You have two (2) days from the date of placing your order to request a cancellation without incurring any cancellation fees, except for custom orders. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you are within the allowed timeframe. 

All special orders, including custom orders, are non-refundable. Every piece of jewelry we create is 100% custom, and most of our diamonds and gemstones are purchased specifically for each piece on our customers’ behalf, which means we can’t take an item back. Due to this, after you have paid for your custom-made jewelry, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations. If you are unsatisfied with your custom order, we will make any reasonable modifications or remakes at no additional cost.
