PLEASE NOTE: Not adhering to the following steps for packaging a return could result in denial of coverage for insured shipping.

The Steps:

  1. Contact us to receive a QR code to bring to a FedEx location.
  2. Securely box the item in a new unused FedEx express box.
  3. Include packing slip and original documents.
  4. Take pictures and or video of the box before sending.
  5. Use the QR code to obtain an adhesive label at a FedEx location.
    1. *No shipments can be dropped in an unattended drop box. Office Depot, Walgreens, Kinko, Vons, Walmart, Dollar General, FedEx Authorized locations are prohibited. Only FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or FedEx Ship Center are accepted.*
  6. Apply the pre-printed adhesive return label to the box.
  7. Ship insured.

Items improperly packaged, uninsured or returned after the 14 day return window will be declined. Return items must be undamaged and in new condition; wear or alterations by a non Jewelry Spot USA jeweler are not accepted.

Loose Diamonds require the original grading report; If not accompanied with product a $150 fee will be deducted from your return.

Made to order, including design your own ring are final sales & non-returnable.

WHAT'S NEXT?

When the item is received our team will do a thorough inspection. Upon approval, expect a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges) within 5 days of receiving your return.
