At Jewelry Spot LLC, we take pride in providing quality gold jewelry and crafting exquisite high-end made-to-order jewelry tailored to your unique preferences. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the process. However, should you need to cancel your order, please take note of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period

You have two (2) days from the date of placing your order to request a cancellation without incurring any cancellation fees, except for custom orders. For more information on Custom Order cancellations, please see the Custom Orders policy outlined below.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your order after the two-day cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will apply. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses incurred during the initial stages of production.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of your cancellation request.

Custom Orders

All special orders, including custom orders, are non-refundable. Every piece of jewelry we create is 100% custom, and most of our diamonds and gemstones are purchased specifically for each piece on our customers’ behalf, which means we can’t take an item back. Due to this, after you have paid for your custom-made jewelry, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations. If you are unsatisfied with your custom order, we will make any reasonable modifications or remakes at no additional cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

In some exceptional cases, such as delays in production or unforeseen circumstances, Jewelry Spot LLC reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund to the customer without any cancellation fees or further obligation on our part.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Force Majeure

Jewelry Spot LLC shall not be liable for any delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
